20th – 27th September 2008- John, Barry, Rose and Sue – Weather very good. Lovely area. Visited much of North Devon from here. Beautiful cottage – everything you need. 

16th-23rd August  2008- Rob, Ang, Charlotte and Joan – Stockport – Lovely evening walks along the path through the woods to Fremington Quay and path to the left at the top of the lane, across fields and along stream. Both good for jogging!

July 2008 – Jan and Brian – South Wales – Having lived in the area ourselves twenty years ago at RAF Chivenor it has been a marvellous experience re-visiting old haunts. April Cottage is an idyllic place to stay. Thank you. 

May 24th-31st 2008 - Bronia, David, Peter, Christopher, Abigail and Amelia – Illogan, Cornwall – Lovely cottage and safe garden for children. Weather not so good but still had a busy time. Exmoor Zoo excellent.

May 2008 – John, Joyce, Jackie and Sylvia – Clacton and Wadebridge – Many thanks for an enjoyable stay.

May 2008 – Catherine, Josh and Andre (the dog!) – Exeter – Great to have a few days away. Nice mixture of lovely walks and relaxing in the garden.

New Year December 2007 – January 2008 – Mal, Christine and John Gammon – Australia. Great location, good facilities. Enjoyable holiday.

Christmas 2007 – Novell family  – Pete and Claire, Julie and Simon, Emma and Pete (and Molly and Maisie the dogs) -  Wellington Northants – First time ever away from home for Christmas. Very successful in this cosy cottage. We all enjoyed walks on Westward Ho! beach and down by the Quay. Thanks for the Christmas decorations.

20th -27th October 2007 -  The Markeys and the Jemmotts – Gloucestershire – Had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The cottage was lovely and cosy and very welcoming when coming back after a long day out. Thanks.

15th- 22nd September 2007  – The Headersons and Beasants – Northants – Comfortable, cosy cottage. Great location for visiting friends round the corner.

2nd-9th September 2007 – Lesnicks and O’Dell – Hitchin, Herts – Fab stay at the cottage. Scenery and weather great. Thanks.

25th August – 1st September 2007 – The Bastick family – Northampton – We’ve had a lovely week, lucky with the weather and the cottage was very cosy. We enjoyed Exmoor zoo.

11th- 25th August 2007 – The Ledger family – Leeds. The mixed weather gave us a chance to sample indoor and outdoor attractions. Our boys (7 & 5) loved the beaches at Croyde, Westward Ho! and Bude. they enjoyed Diggerland, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. A great holiday.

28th July -  10th August 2007 – McCourts and Goldsmiths – Sheffield - Had a good fortnight. Weather perfect after all the recent weather.

9th – 23rd June 2007 – Pat, Elaine, Vicky, Jane, and Sarah Ashton – Ely Cambridgeshire, Excellent holiday, off home for a rest! Lovely cottage, very cosy. Many thanks.

12th- 19th May 2007 – Jeff and Georgina Sheppard and Holly – Prestwick, Manchester. Another perfect week spent in your beautiful cottage (is it only 3 months since our last visit? Couldn’t wait to come back!) Lovely meals at the New Inn. Also at the award winning Sand Cars cafe in Westward Ho! Food excellent. Trust to be back later in the year. Thank you for all your help.

5th- 11th May 2007 – Zel, Lesley and Henry the dog -  Canterbury Kent – A lovely holiday. Exmoor and Dartmoor a must! A cosy cottage.

7th to 14th April 2007 – Rachel, John, Thomas, Sally and Jim the dog – Lyneham, Wiltshire – We’ve had a wonderful holiday. April Cottage was a “home from home”. Thank you for the Easter Eggs (a lovely thought), and the kids wetsuits were a perfect fit! Griggs cycle field (just up the track to the left) was great for kids on bikes and dog! Would recommend Croyde Bay for rock pooling, also Saunton Sands and Brauton Toll road for scenery. Thanks for letting us stay.

13th- 18th February 2007 – Alice, Peter and Josh – Brighton -  Loved the cottage, perfect place to find shelter from the February rain. Thank you for the extras… finding fresh milk and tea after a long drive makes all the difference!

27th January – 3rd February 2007 – Jeff and Georgia Sheppard and Holly – Prestwick Manchester – How we loved your beautiful cottage – everything perfect. One week – not long enough. Thank you for your friendly welcome and all your help. We echo Jessica’s (06.11.04) sentiments – “Can we come back?”
